Disponibilizado gratuitamente para Android, oApura Fácil possibilita a colaboração popular na apuração paraleladas Eleições Municipais de 02 de outubro de 2016. O cidadão quecapturar os dados das urnas no encerramento da votação poderáchecar, também no Apura Fácil, o resultado colhido por ele e oresultado dos municípios onde houver previamente a captura dosdados das urnas pelo app.As informações são captadas pelo escaneamento do QR Codepresente nos Boletins de Urna, documento emitido pelo presidente daseção eleitoral logo após o encerramento da votação, às 17h, eafixado em local visível para consulta popular.A participação dos cidadãos ofertada pelo aplicativo contribuipara a fiscalização e transparência dos resultados divulgados daseleições.INSTRUÇÕES:• Com seu smartphone/tablet, abra o aplicativo e clique em“Capturar QR Code”;• Direcione a câmera de seu dispositivo para o QR Code presente noBoletim de Urna exposto nas seções eleitorais;• Não é preciso estar conectado à internet para fazer a captura dosdados. Mas a conexão é necessária para que o aplicativo envie osdados do QR Code ao servidor, que na sequência irá convertê-los eminformações sobre o resultado das eleições e divulgá-las no próprioaplicativo;• Se a conexão estiver lenta ou com qualquer tipo de problema, osdados coletados no momento da captura não serão perdidos. Elespermanecem no aplicativo e serão enviados automaticamente para oservidor no momento em que o usuário restabelecer a conexão;• Para checar o status das capturas, basta clicar em “Histórico deCaptura”, presente no menu de “Capturar QR Code”;• Para apresentar o resultado da apuração, o aplicativo utiliza alocalização do usuário direcionando-o para o município onde eleesteja no momento;• Em “Resultado”, será exibida a votação do município onde ousuário estiver. Mas se o GPS do dispositivo estiver desligado, oApura Fácil oferece a opção de buscar a cidade desejada;• Após ser direcionado à cidade ou selecionar a localidadedesejada, o usuário pode optar por conferir o resultado da votaçãopor “Vereador” ou “Prefeito”.
